Can tou adjust the height

Yes, the height can be slightly adjusted by utilizing the leveling legs. The height to the cooktop is 36" with legs fully retracted and can be adjusted to add up to 1/2".

Is the broiler at the bottom or in the oven

The bottom drawer is where the broiler is located.

Liners for stove top

We do not recommend the use of the Non-Stick Oven Liners in any of our ranges and wall ovens. Please review the article titled “Range & Wall Oven - Oven Liners (Non-Stick After Market)” on the GE Appliances website.

This range does require a gas and electrical supply.

Does this have a self cleaning feature, not steam

Do any of the above ranges have self cleaning

When oven is used there is a strong chemical smell. Has anyone had this issue? Was it fixed? How?

This is normal in a new oven and will disappear in time. To speed up the process, run a self-clean cycle.
