This is an electric wall oven. It requires a 40 amp, dedicated circuit.

How do you know if the oven is off

To turn off the the oven, you'll need to press the Cancel/Off button on the control panel.

Does this require a trim kit or anything else besides the oven?

A separate trim kit is not required for this model. The oven includes a bottom trim that is installed as part of the final installation process. I have a 24 inch depth cabinet. Which means the inside depth isn’t 24. The outside depth is 24. Will this double oven fit

The minimum cutout depth for this oven is 23.5". Anything equal or greater than 23.5" will fit this oven's depth.

Can you turn off the convection bake and use as a traditional oven?

You can cook without convection. Either use the lower oven or choose Thermal Bake mode instead of convection.
