Why does the washer spin so hard even on the low spinning cycle? It's moving away from the wall!

Hi, can you please send a photo of the shipping bolts (what it looks like?). Mine came with four adjustable bolts/leg screws. The machine spins fine without clothes but it jumps like crazy with clothes being washed.

I have a practically good stackable dryer of a different name brand. Is this washer compatible to stack on my dryer with the required brackets.
