How do you choose water level

When you have the machine on quick wash, can you stop it and make it spin to end the wash?

The Quick Wash Cycle includes a spin period at the end of the process. After selecting quick wash, you can select the No Spin option all the way up to a Max Spin. Any cycle can be stopped by pressing the Pause button. You can then change cycles and switch to Drain and Spin and restart.

Does this include drain line and water hoses

Why doesn’t fabric softener dispense from top slot

For the fabric softener to be dispensed, you must select the Deep Rinse option on the control board.

When filling fabric softener in top slide out drawer it sometimes does not get used. What are we doing wrong?

It can be normal to notice some softener still in the dispenser after running a load. If you are noticing large build-up, we recommend checking for potential clogs. Does the lid lock or can you open it when it’s washing?

The washer lid will lock during portions of the cycle such as while the sensing cycle is on and also during a spin cycle. To add items after the washer has started, simply press the Start/Pause if the lid is locked; wait until the Lid Lock indicator on the display is no longer illuminated before attempting to open the lid.

How much load weight does it hold

“Pounds” is no longer used as a rating system for washer capacity. In practical terms, a washer is not limited by the weight of clothes it can wash, but rather by the volume of laundry it can hold. To determine a proper load size, the clothes should fit below the balance ring of the washer tub and not be packed too tightly. This ensures the load can move freely during the wash cycle for better cleaning and helps maintain proper machine performance.

Does the lid lock? Or will it fill up with the lid open?

The lid does lock during every spin cycle. When utilizing Adaptive fill, the lid will lock so the unit can properly sense the load size. When using a manual fill selection the washer can fill with the lid up.
