Does it have bleach and fabric softener dispenser?

This model includes a built-in bleach dispenser. While it does not have a dedicated fabric softener dispenser, you can still use liquid fabric softener by selecting the Deep Rinse Use with Softener option on the control panel. Simply add diluted fabric softener manually during the rinse cycle or use a fabric softener dispensing ball. No, this model does not come with a fabric softener dispenser. However, you can still use liquid fabric softener with this washer. This dryer only requires an electrical hookup.

There isn’t any water level ( load size) on this washer. Strange.

While this washer doesn't feature water level control, it does have the Deep Fill option which adds more water to any wash cycle.
