I purchased this new dryer three days ago. It took 120 minutes to dry three work shirts and pants. Somethings wrong.

For the best drying performance, check the vent duct for kinks or clogs and ensure the load is properly sorted thick, heavy, bulky fabrics need more dry time than lightweight fabrics. When using Sensor settings, a small load may not create enough moisture to sense properly and may shut off too soon. Use a larger load or use the Timed Dry settings. Can this model be used with a periscope vent? I cannot give 6 inches clearance in the back of the dryer.

A periscope dryer vent is not our preferred venting method, but it is acceptable as long as the equivalent dynamic diameter is 4". Here are the potential risks of using a periscope vent: The bottom portion may function as a “dead end” in the airflow and accumulate lint. The vertical portion is tapered, which can restrict airflow compared to a 4" duct. There is no “swept radius” from the horizontal to the vertical, increasing the likelihood of stagnant airflow, which can lead to restriction and lint buildup. The assembly often relies heavily on tape, increasing the likelihood of air leakage near the rear panel intake louvers. We recommend the following options, in this order, even though they are not perfect from a “swept radius” standpoint: offset elbow, dryer box, flat periscope vent. Can this dryer be side vented

Yes it can. This dryer can be vented 4 ways, back, bottom, left or right side of the cabinet.

does this dryer have an interior light

Yes, this model has an LED interior light.

I just got this dryer in January. It works great. Today when I went to start it, it clicks and lights up that it is drying but it’s not turning on. What could this be?

We'd like to help with this issue with your dryer not turning on. We recommend disconnecting the appliance from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Is this dryer ventless?

Does the GE diamond grey dryer have a flat back or not?

The back of this dryer is not completely flat due to the required connections for the ductwork and electrical connections. However, it only requires a 1" clearance between the dryer cabinet and adjacent walls or other surfaces.
