The water will not turn on to start cycle

The first step we recommend is to check your washer's water supply to make sure the hot and cold faucets are fully turned on. If there is no water coming from the faucets, you'll need to contact a plumber. If the water is running properly, the next step would be to check your water hoses to make sure they're properly connected and inspect them for damage. If there are no issues with your water hoses, we recommend you check to see if the circuit breaker has tripped or fuse has blown. If this is not the case, you'll want to reset your washer by unplugging it for two minutes from the outlet, plug it back in, and then press Start. Can I was a king size comforter in this washing machine

This washer has a large capacity of 5.4 cu. ft. We expect that most large comforters will wash properly in our washers as long as the comforter fits below the balance ring of the tub and isn’t stuffed in tightly. If you've washed this comforter without issue in another washer, we recommend checking its capacity and ensuring this washer’s capacity is similar.

How quiet is this washing machine?

Does this machine come with hot and cold hose and drain hose?

This model comes with a drain hose. However, hot and cold-water hoses are not included.

how heavy of a load can this washer do?

We no longer rate our washers in the weight of a load for the capacity. There was no industry standard that would allow exact comparisons. It is limited by the volume of clothes that can be put in the machine. As an example, a down comforter can fill the entire machine but weigh very little, while blue jeans are heavy but is typically a smaller load.
